Wow... I am loving the 2012-2013 Holiday Mini Catalog. Have you seen it? It's awesome. If you haven't seen it yet you need to check it out... click below.

 

That ornament on the front of the catalog is beautiful. I can't wait to make one.

 

So I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite things from this catalog.

 

First I will have to say that I LOVE this WHOLE catalog! I want one of everything :) I love the holiday catalogs and this one is one of my favorites. Because that's just too much to list in one blog post I will pick just my favorites from each season.

 

I'll start with the Halloween items.

For all the stamp sets I'll be listing the prices and such for the clear mount sets. Of the Halloween stamp sets I like the Googly Ghouls. It's a fun set and to go with that I love the new Howlstoooth & Scaringbone DSP.

Next... Fall. This was hard. There's a lot of great things but to narrow it down I picked the Perfectly Preserved Bundle. LOVE IT!!! I love that Stampin Up has stamp sets with coordinating framelits... and even better... I love the bundles. What a great idea! I'm so glad they did this. I mean... come on.. how you gonna buy that great Perfectly Preserved Stamp Set and not get the Cannery Set Framelits? You know you are going to get both... now you can save a little when you get them. And of course... to go with them you'll want to get the Orchard Harvest DSP. It's great. Plus this is actually not just fall... it's great all year round.

Christmas is a hard one for me to just pick one. I love all of them. It's really hard for me to even find one that I don't like. But... I have to go with the Ornament Keepsakes. I just love the beautiful ornament that's on the front. You can make so many different creations with this set. And again... SU created a bundle for us to save money. Add the Candlelight Christmas DSP and you are set. I think this is my favorite of the entire holiday mini.

I'm back... for real! Lets recap....

Hello Stampers! I've missed you so much. Where has the summer gone? Back in July I thought I was back to my old routine... seems like that was just yesterday. But here we are half way through September almost. There has been a lot going on around my house and I think it's finally going to start dying down. We had some issues with our house and thought we were going to lose it. Last Friday we closed on it officially (for the second time). Since then things have been hopping around here. We took out three trees, painted and now we are working on doing some major changes to our landscaping. Now that the weather is awesome out, it will be nice to work in the yard. AND... with ALL the kids in school this year... I get to get back to doing some crafting. I can't wait!
